Review of Thuy Van Hotel, Vung TauDuring my recent trip to Vung Tau, I opted to stay at Thuy Van Hotel, primarily due to its competitive pricing compared to other beachfront options that often exceed $200 per night. For approximately $65-70 per night, I booked the deluxe suite, which boasted a remarkable view of the South China Sea from a generous bay window. I must mention that the suite's condition was average, bordering on poor, which was somewhat disappointing. The hotel offers various amenities including air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and basic housekeeping, but they fell short of expectations. Housekeeping lacked attention to detail, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. the breakfast provided was inadequate, lacking the quality one would hope for. Guests might prefer local dining options for a more authentic experience. Despite this, the location is ideal, with direct beach access and taxi services readily available for further exploration. Nevertheless, I would advise future guests to consider the value of surrounding accommodations and amenities primarily focused on relaxation and quality.
